UFC welcomes Alistair Overeem

UFC fans have been waiting long enough and this week they got just what they wanted when former Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem signed a contract with Dana White and the UFC family.

Overeem will make his Octagon debut on December 30th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena against former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar. Minutes after signing a deal with the promotion in Las Vegas the fans and critics started making early predictions mostly giving the match to Overeem due to his extensive experience in the Octagon.
